- Arrange to check in and out tenants
- Inspections to be agreed with Landlord
- Advise Gas, Electric, Council Tax and Water Co. of change of tenants
- Arrange for necessary repairs to a maximum of £200.00. In all instances
- we will try and obtain your approval first
